Thank you for shopping with Fifth & South! We carefully prepare and package each order before sending it your way.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates
We offer $5.95 flat-rate shipping within the United States.

Orders of $50 or more ship FREE!

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times
Delivery dates provided by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed. Fifth & South is not responsible for carrier delays or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.

Lost Packages
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We may allow additional time for delivery and/or work with the shipping carrier to locate the package.

If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, Fifth & South may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution, depending on the circumstances.

Packages Marked Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. Fifth & South is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will do our best to assist you with the carrier.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information about damaged-item claims.
